Dawn Terry

Dawn’s love for Real Estate began over 30 years ago in the Title Insurance business as an Escrow Officer and later lead to owning several title companies in the greater Houston area. She also held a Texas Real Estate license and became a Broker in 2010.

Her interest in our local Real Estate market really began in the 90’s when the Terry family purchased the land and developed Crier Creek Ranch. They hosted youth hunts and rodeos as well as fishing tournaments and trail rides benefitting Fayette and the surrounding counties.

LaGrange remained their home away from home, even after relocating back to Houston.

Dawn is a Native Texan and is honored to have received the “Yellow Rose of Texas” award, from the governor of our great state. If you ask her to name the greatest gift she has ever received, she will quickly answer….”Mother to my three wonderful daughters…. and now ……Gigi to all my precious grandchildren.”
